The main section in the access templates contacts management is the contact details. As the primary section, the contact detail functions to manage the customers information. This section is divided into four categories. Each of the categories consists of some forms to input different information.
  • Title and name – the first category is the title and name form which functions to organize the customer's general information. There are some forms available in this category such as title, first and last name, and date of birth.
  • Primary contact information – as the name suggests, the second category is the form to manage customers contact information. There are two forms available which are an email address and phone number.
  • Physical address – similar to the previous category, the next is the physical address category. This category functions to manage the physical address of customers into the available forms which are address, city, and country.
  • System information – the last category is the system information. The system information mainly functions to classify the customers based on some points. Besides classifying customers, this form also manages the username and password for each of the customers. There are four columns available in this category which is contact ID, user level, username, and password.


  • It is important to note that one page of contact detail database can only accommodate one customer. If there is more than one customer, users can add more pages by clicking the small arrow icon on the bottom of the page. Next to the arrow icon, there is a search bar which can be used when users need to find specific customer faster.

    Report

    The next section in the contact detail Microsoft access templates is the report section. As the name suggests, the report section provides a summary of all contact information collected in the previous section. The report is presented into one-page summary completed with name, title, date of birth, email, phone number, and address. Users can use the report for reminder and evaluation.
