Menus and Sub-menu

Security
For security purposes, this software is being locked, so that only the owner or secretary are allowed to access this schedule with username and password. Of course this is to prevent any unauthorized person to view or even edit on the schedule. As you can see, on the right corner, there is "Login History". This is to see who and when did the authorized person with access has been logged in on certain time. Another reason for the log in is that, if there is any mistake on meetings, we can track back whats going on, whos doing the schedule or logged in on the first place if we needed to. Complete showing of the name of the admin user, log in time and date.
Manage Users
This command button, is to record or add admin users who the business owner allowed them to have access to. Details of their contact will be First name, Last name, Username and input password which no one will know other than the person who has set it.
Refresh
Refresh button can be found below Manage User's command button. This feature is quite useful when you add new information or past activities that's been past, and you want to refresh to add more information or to update the additional information that has been edited.
Meetings
Under meetings sections, you get three (3) GUI button to Add new, Edit and View all. First of all, here's page where you get to filling up new informations of the upcoming meetings. As you can see, it is quite straight forward. Fill in all the blanks that are white in colors. Of course there will be subject and description. There are specified dates and times that you can choose accordingly using drop box when is the start and end time. Under "Meeting Contacts" you have to choose the right contacts by using drop box. Moving to the next box, "Notes" designated space, where you can add informations or that sometimes you need to prepare anything in advance before the meeting and so on. If you need to hold on to the notes during meeting,theres ‘Print meeting notes features on the right bottom corner for you to print your notes.
Always use "Save and Close" when you want to close or end the session, so that no new records or edited records will not be missing.
And with a click of the commond button that says "All Meeting", you get to see all your meeting schedules complete with subject, description, date, start and end time and not forgeting status. Status is where you get to update if the meeting is still pending (not yet attending), in progress (currently attending), finished (past meetings).
Meeting Reports
Here are everything that you need in a page on all meetings. You can find out more by clicking on details. Click on “Find” to find the subject, and "Add new" meetings and "Close" when you are done.
Contacts
On this particular Contacts section, "Add new" is where you record your contacts one by one. Input all the details that are required. To add new, click on the bottom that says "Add New", you can go to next or previous record if you need to review or edit any contacts. As always, do click on save whenever you finished record new information or edit or if you want exit the form, choose "Save & Close" to end. To view all contacts at a glance, you can click on "View All". Lastly, this very cool features that appointment scheduling software has is that you can also import from your very own outlook. Business owners whos using microsoft outlook a lot will appreciate this. As all their contact could be transferred with ease without taking more time in doing double entry on contact list.
