• Contract Type: Set the type of contract category
• Agreement Type: Set the type of contract agreement
• Effective Date: Set the effective date of contract
• Expiration Date: Set the expiration date of contract
• Contract Status (In review, New, In-progress, Expiring, Expired, Completed)
• Budget in $: Set the amount of contract budget in currency
• Budget in Days: Set the amount of contract budget in days
•Attachment: Attach related or required documents (supported format: pdf, xlsx, docs, xls, doc, zip, jpg, png, and most documents)
1.b. Contract Tasks. You can add one or multiple tasks on the contract with following details:
-Task title, Assigned To, Start Date, Due Date, Priority, Task Status, % Complete, $ Cost, Cost in Days
-You can see Balance of days and also Outstanding balance for the task on specific contract you made
2. Employees: You can add employees or anyone who related with the contract
You can fill the following data on Employees menu:
• First and Last Name
• Company
• Job Title
• Business, Home, Mobile Phone
• Fax Number
• Address (Street, City, State, Zip Code, Country)
• Email
• Webpage
• Add Photo
• Attach related document
3. All Contracts: This will go to main dashboard that shows all contracts you have created with details
4. Manage Lists: On this menu, you can adjust the following tables value:
• Agreement Type: Set the option list for agreement type on Add Contract menu
• Contract Type: Set the option list for contract type on Add Contract menu
• Priority: Set the option list for task priority on Contract task details menu
• Status List: Set the option list for Contract status
• Status Color: Set the color preference for contract status that shows on main dashboard
5. Send Email: You can send email (through MS Outlook) to anyone that you have added on the Employee section
6. Reports: You can generate reports for following queries:
•Completed Contracts
•Employee Address Book
•Employee Phone List
•Open Contract List
•Contract Balance Sheet
•Contract Tasks
•Task Details
•Task (Sort by Assigned To)
