1. Legal definitions

2.b. Access-Templates.Com service is providing member to gain instant download features in accessing site templates database. Members can download site’s template database without entering captcha or wait for specific time. Subscribers can download site templates with some limitations.
2.c. Member will have access to the unlocked version of Access-Templates.Com premium access database templates in member area.
2.d. Access-Templates.Com service is prioritizing member than non-member if they experiencing problem in accessing the site.
2.e. Access-Templates.Com service is prioritizing member request rather than non-member for specific template niche or title which not available in site database, but there’s no guarantee site can fulfill the request.

3. Billing
Access-Templates.Com membership fee will appear on your credit card statement, or paypal account (depending on what type of payment method you use) for all charges made. Every transaction will be processed using secured Paypal server (verified and encrypted by VeriSign, Inc).

4. Payment / Fee
At the moment, Access-Templates.Com only charge 1 (one) time fee. This fee is for personal or non-profit use only of all Site templates. If any Member or Subscriber want to use Site templates for commercial or business purposes, they have to purchase the license separately.

5. Special Offer / Promotion
Access-Templates.Com may offers special promotion (in limited time) to specific members. This offers may contain free trial, partial discount or 100% free membership fee. But there is no regular schedule for this promotional event to be held. Member shall keep update by checking their email regularly. Most information about special offer / promotion are sent through email.

6. Automatic Recurring Billing / Subscription Fee
There will be no recurring or subscription fee charged for being a member as stated in point no. 4. Access-Templates.Com only charge 1 (one) time fee upon registration process.

7. Electronic Receipt via Registered Email
Member will receive an email receipt to their email provided upon successful payment after completing registration process.Member may, at any time, request a copy of the account of charges made for the life of their membership to the site. Member foregoes this right if such request is not made. Requests must be made directly to Access-Templates.Com. 8. Cancellation and Refunds
Prior registering as a Member, user must check our site templates thoroughly to match with your needs, the membership registration fee is NOT refundable.

9. Authorization of Use
Members to the site are hereby authorized a single username and password to access the service located at this website. This username and password shall be granted for sole use to one subscriber. Memberships are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any commercial entities. Commercial use of either the site or any material found within is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the website, both Members and Subscribers will have to purchase commercial license separately if they want to use the templates for business or any other commercial purposes. No material within the site may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. In addition, members may modify or change materials on this website (access database templates) to fit their needs. Materials shall extend to copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary notices there from. Access-Templates.Com and the site reserve the right to terminate membership account at any time if the terms of this agreement are breached. In the case that the terms are breached, you will be required to immediately destroy any information or material printed, downloaded or otherwise copied from the site.

10. Transfer of Password
Access to the site is through a combination of a username and a password.Members may not under any circumstances release their password to any other person, and are required to keep his or her password strictly confidential. Access-Templates.Com will not release passwords for any reason, to anyone other than the member, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the site is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law. Subscribers acknowledge that the owner of the site may track through the use of special software each subscriber’s entry to the site.
If any breach of security, theft or loss of password, or unauthorized disclosure of password information occurs, subscriber must immediately notify Access-Templates.Com of said security breach. Subscriber will remain liable for unauthorized use of service until Access-Templates.Com is notified of the security breach by email.

11. Supplementary Terms and Conditions
Specific Access-Templates.Com services may have additional Terms and Conditions that are an integral part of their offering to the Member, and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions as listed at the service will in no way invalidate any of the Terms and Conditions listed here. All Terms listed apply to Access-Templates.Com, all related services, and the subscriber.

12. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

Notices by the site to members and subscribers may be given by means of electronic messages through the site or by email.
