There are 4 tabs: - Line Items: tab for records the service and products details and costs. - Service Location: tab for records the work location. Fields are autogenerated, but the value can be changed because sometimes the work can be located not at the customer address.
- Taxes & Terms: tab for recording the tax and terms.
- Notes: display date history and notes or comments regarding the quote
On footer, there is the totals of the cost to be invoiced. Click Refresh if there is any change. INVOICE Menu to generate the confirmed invoice that can be printed and sent to customer. Can be used for invoice tracking database. There are 2 status button: - Submit: marked that the invoice has been submitted and sent. - Mark Paid: meaning that the invoice has been paid off. Most of the fields and tabs are all same like Quotes menu. The invoice is automatically generated each time the Invoice button in Quote Details clicked.
REPORT CENTER Menu to display and generate the summarized records from invoice tracking system into printable reports.
