If you click new quote button or double click existing records, a form will appear. On the header buttons:
- View Quote: display the invoice only
- Duplicate: copy the quote as new records, but the status will not be copied.
- Save & Close
- Submit: Status means the quote is fixed and confirmed. Once clicked, you cannot edit or cancel the quote anymore.
- Approve/Reject: Marked the approval response of the quotes.
- Invoice: The Invoice is generated in Invoice menu. Only available if you click Approve button.

The fields on header are:
- Job: string, job name
- Customer: lookup field from customer menu. Contact Name and Phone bounded with this field
- Quote Date, Expires, and Due: Date of the work period.
- Salesperson: employee who responsible on creating this quote.

There are 4 tabs:
- Line Items: tab for records the service and products details and costs.
- Service Location: tab for records the work location. Fields are autogenerated, but the value can be changed because sometimes the work can be located not at the customer address.

On footer, there is the totals of the cost to be invoiced. Click Refresh if there is any change.

INVOICE
Menu to generate the confirmed invoice that can be printed and sent to customer. Can be used for invoice tracking database.

There are 2 status button:
- Submit: marked that the invoice has been submitted and sent.
- Mark Paid: meaning that the invoice has been paid off.
Most of the fields and tabs are all same like Quotes menu.
The invoice is automatically generated each time the Invoice button in Quote Details clicked.

REPORT CENTER
Menu to display and generate the summarized records from invoice tracking system into printable reports. There are 4 types of reports:
