Inventory Details
Menu for recording the warehouse inventory management software. On the header, there is a field for Item Name in string. It has 3 tabs:

Item Information
Providing basic information for the item. The fields are:

a. In Stock: autogenerated field. Displaying the amount in the warehouse.
b. Category & Location: lookup value. You can add new value by click the Edit icon, which will appear below the dropdown menu.
c. Supplier: lookup field, taken from Supplier menu.
d. Manufacturer & Model: string
e. Reorder Level: numeric, the limit amount of stock to be replenished.
f. Target Stock Level: The amount of inventory required to meet all demand.
g. Discontinued: checkbox. If ticked, the items will not appear in other menus anymore.
h. Description: string.
i. Picture box: attachment, to set up on the employee photos:


1. Double click the photo box or click the attachment icon (which will appear after you click the photo box once)
2. Attachment dialog box will appear. Click Add.
3. Navigate to the photo location. Select the new photo, click OK. You can add more than one pictures.
4. Click Remove and Open button to manage the pictures.
5. If you want to switch photo, just click the navigation arrows besides the attachment icon.


Comments for Inventory
Menu for adding additional comments for the item. There are 2 fields:
- New comments: string. Add comments or notes here.
- History: autogenerated, displaying the version and time of updating the records.

Transaction
Menu for displaying the transaction regarding the items. It is for display purpose only.

Inventory List
Menu for displaying the inventory records in list, good for quick edit or add new records.

Menu for recording the occurred transactions that affect the inventory stock. The fields are:

    Items: lookup value, taken from Inventory Details or List menu.

    Employee: lookup value, taken from Employee Details or List menu.

    Transaction Type: lookup value. Currently there are 3 values: Addition, Subtraction, and Shrinkage (decreasing amount). If you decide to edit or add new value, you have to edit the query for the quantity.

    Quantity: numeric. If you choose Subtraction or Shrinkage in Transaction type, the quantity will automatically in negative number.

    Transaction Created: Date/Time, autogenerated. If you want to change the value, you can edit the field setting or change it via query.

    Actual Quantity: numeric, autogenerated. Display the stock amount of the items.

    Category & Location: string, autogenerated, bounded with Item field.

Additionally, you can select the filter for display on Filter Favorites field. You can create your own filter in Save Filter button. On the Filter dialog box, click the Add Details for enter the syntax for filter. The filter syntax sample can be seen in Filter tables, Supporting Objects along with all queries and objects in inventory management for small business.

Employees and Suppliers Details
Both menu has same fields, like the picture below. All fields are in string, and has no set up validation.

On Supplier menu, there is Items tab for displaying the transactions with the supplier, Employees and Suppliers List Displaying the records in table list.
